Do I need to place orders in advance?
Due to overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, we encourage customers to place orders 2-3 days in advance to prevent disappointment. You may contact us via call or WhatsApp for any last-minute deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate to it.
How much are your delivery charges? Any T&C?
Our standard delivery service is charged at $10 per trip. Orders more than 8 bottles will enjoy free local delivery service
How long will the delivery take?
Normally the delivery takes 2-4 days. Delivery time from 9am to 6pm (Sat 9am-1pm, Sunday OFF). In the event of overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Is there self-collection?
Yes, Except Sunday, you can choose to self-collect your orders from our warehouse at 222 Tagore Lane, #03-14, TG Building, Singapore 787603. You can select from 2 time slots either 9.30am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm (Sat 9.30am-12pm, Sunday OFF).
Can I place an order offline?
It will be advisable to do it online instead. However, if you wish to do so, you could email us at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +60143834834 to place your orders.
How long will the product last?
Most of the products last for 3 months, if any specific, you could email us at [email protected].
Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed it?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.
How do I pay?
You can pay via PayNow bank transfer (and upload screenshot proof for confirmation), and Paypal.
Do you offer wholesale offer for bulk purchase?
Yes, you may email us at [email protected] to enquire further.
Incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Please email your order number to [email protected] with a picture of the item(s) you’ve received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, we will do a refund. Please note that the item must be unopened.
Do you accept exchange/refund items?
We do not accept exchange of items due to hygiene and safety purposes, hence all items sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
